PPM Custom Implementations

A custom implementation is for clients who want to get up and running ​quickly and see rapid ROI, but also need a more configured solution, and/or additional change management and training support. This type of implementation is also geared toward organizations that have more than one department or division that will be on boarded into PPM in the first phase.  

Client Type 

• Client wants rapid time to value, but has more complexity in their requirements 
• Ability to support a longer-length implementation, including a solid core team and project management support
