Courtney Snipes is the President of the PPM Division at Winmill. She is a certified PMP, and has more than 25 years of IT and PM industry experience. Courtney joined Winmill in 2020 after working at Planview for five years with the role of Global Vice President of Professional Services and Operations.
With more than 20 years of experience specializing in business and technical architectures, operations, and professional services, she has a proven track record of building, serving, and leading diverse teams. Courtney’s extensive experience includes innovating, driving change and adoption, leading, and executing complex and highly visible corporate-wide initiatives, mentoring team members, and maintaining industry certifications in various methodologies and architecture.
Outside of work, she stays busy with her family, pets, and friends. She continues to coach and mentor professionals through teaching project management at the local college.
Shane is the director of PPM Business Operations. He is a certified PMP, and leads his team with more than 20 years experience in project management, PPM tools, business process, and operations. Driving quality, continuity, and results ensures that the client is getting the best experience and outcomes possible.
Shane has led teams in IT and other verticals, such as construction, warehouse management, and infrastructure. Shane has been responsible for managing multimillion-dollar federal construction projects, building out multiple warehouses, overseeing many PPM tool implementations, and improving business processes, facilities, and PPM tools.
His PPM tool experience includes E-1, PPM Pro, LeanKit, ProjectPlace, and Clarity. He is always looking for ways to leverage the knowledge and skill sets of Winmill to bring greater value and opportunity to clients.
Based out of Spokane Washington, Shane focuses on family, cooking, and martial arts when he’s not working.
Doug is the Broadcom practice manager and a certified Clarity PPM Knight. He has worked with Clarity PPM since 2007. His experience with Clarity PPM began as a technical resource, developing reports, portlets, and interfaces. After several years of working in the technical space, Doug transitioned into a consulting role, adding knowledge of Clarity’s functional capabilities and business process guidance to his skill set. Doug has worked on dozens of Clarity PPM implementations in various industries, including the financial sector, public utilities, retail, aerospace, manufacturing, and more.
Doug is based out of Kansas City, MO. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching various sports, which now includes watching (and sometimes coaching) his daughter, traveling, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Dan manages the Agile practice and is responsible for Agile transformation, value stream management, and ValueOps solutions and services. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from more than 25 years in IT consulting and services management. He has led many teams through organizational change as well as solution adoption.
Originally from Detroit, Dan’s IT career began in the automotive industry. He developed solutions using IT and data acquisition for the plant floor, purchasing, and operations which reduced waste, increased revenue, and distributed accomplishments across the board.
For the past 19 years, Dan has implemented ValueOps solutions with Clarity PPM and Rally for clients in automotive, finance, health care, retail, technology, telecom, and more.
He lives near Dallas, TX with family and pets. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, traveling, and a variety of outdoor activities.
Waleed Salha is the Planview practice manager, with 22 years of experience in IT, and more than 15 years of Architecting Enterprise PPM solutions, including Planview Enterprise One (E1), Planview LeanKit, Planview ProjectPlace, and Clarity PPM.
Waleed is a thought leader in the PPM practice. He assists clients with defining business value and expected outcomes for their PPM projects. He also works with clients to develop value-based PPM strategic roadmaps to align and support corporate strategy accelerating time to value.
He manages a team of experienced PPM architects and consultants who implement Project and Portfolio Management solutions for customers in different industries and with local-to-enterprise usage.
Waleed loves driving and is a big fan of cars. He enjoys autos ranging from American “muscle cars” to newer European sports sedans. If he is not careful, he can lose himself for hours doing “research” about his next car online. He is a true believer in Dodge’s brotherhood of muscle.
