Bill Rothseid is the VP of Sales for Winmill PPM and has been with Winmill for nearly 30 years. He brings extensive experience in software and consulting sales within information technology, specializing in PPM and Agile tools and services for leading vendors including Broadcom, Smartsheet, and Planview.

He has worked across enterprise and mid-market accounts, with experience spanning software, consulting services, SaaS, on-premise solutions, and broader technology offerings. Throughout his career, Bill has built strong, long-term relationships with customers while helping organizations evaluate solutions that align with their business goals. At Winmill PPM, Bill leads the sales team, helping drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys watching his son play high school baseball, visiting his daughter at college, traveling, and being a bit of a foodie.

Doug Kalkowski is the Senior Director of Services Delivery at Winmill PPM. He has worked with Clarity since 2007 and brings extensive experience across implementation, consulting, and delivery leadership.

Starting his Clarity career as a developer, Doug built deep technical and functional expertise over time and helped shape Winmill’s Rapid Prototype and QuickStart methodologies. He has supported organizations through both new implementations and improvements to existing environments.

At Winmill PPM, Doug leads services delivery across the organization, helping guide delivery strategy, implementation approach, and team execution.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching sports, including watching and coaching his daughter, traveling, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Lou Nosko is the Director of Services Delivery Governance & Support at Winmill PPM and a certified PMP with deep experience in PMO strategy, portfolio governance, and operational leadership. Before joining Winmill PPM, he spent nearly eight years at The Wendy’s Company, where he led enterprise portfolio governance and played a key role in the company’s IT Agile transformation.

At Winmill PPM, Lou helps lead services delivery governance and support, with a focus on improving visibility, consistency, and execution across project and portfolio management processes. He brings experience in portfolio oversight, program structure, metrics, and governance to help teams align delivery with business goals.

Outside of work, Lou enjoys spending time with his family, keeping up with travel sports for his kids, making weekend Costco runs, and getting away on family vacations.

Brian Snipes is the Technical Products Director at Winmill PPM, with more than 20 years of experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and technology leadership. His background spans product development, PMO leadership, and digital transformation, with a strong focus on translating business needs into practical technology solutions.

At Winmill PPM, Brian helps lead product direction and technical solution strategy, drawing on his experience building teams, guiding product development, and aligning technology initiatives to business goals. He is also passionate about AI and the role emerging technologies can play in driving smarter, more scalable solutions.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys raising his three teenagers, spending time with his two dogs, four cats, and snake, playing golf, and being anywhere near the lake, river, or ocean.

Waleed Salha is the Director of Service Delivery & Implementations at Winmill PPM, with more than 20 years of experience in the PPM space. His background spans enterprise PPM architecture, advisory services, and delivery leadership across Planview and Clarity solutions, helping organizations improve portfolio visibility, align investments to strategy, and deliver measurable business value.

At Winmill PPM, Waleed leads delivery operations for implementations, advisory engagements, and managed services, while guiding a team of architects and consultants. He works closely with clients to define business value, align expected outcomes, and develop strategic roadmaps that support corporate goals and accelerate time to value.

Outside of work, Waleed loves driving and is a big fan of cars, from American muscle to newer European sports sedans. If he is not careful, he can lose himself for hours researching his next car online.

Ciara Turner is the Director of Marketing and Pre-Sales for the PPM Division at Winmill PPM. She leads marketing strategy, partner campaigns, and pre-sales efforts that support growth, strengthen partner relationships, and align sales and marketing across the business. Her role includes overseeing partner campaigns, supporting brand and digital initiatives, and helping drive pipeline through close alignment with sales.

Since joining Winmill PPM in 2022, Ciara has held roles across operations, marketing, and pre-sales. Her background spans business operations, marketing and communications, consulting operations, and broadcast journalism, bringing a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and cross-functional execution to her work.

Outside of work, Ciara enjoys art, nature, running, spending time with her cats and loved ones, and following women’s sports, especially soccer and basketball.

Japishar Singh is the PPM Practice Manager at Winmill PPM, with nearly 20 years of experience in the software services industry. He is a seasoned Clarity PPM specialist with deep expertise delivering solutions across a range of industries, including public sector, media, semiconductor, healthcare, banking, and pharmaceuticals.

For more than a decade at Winmill, Japishar has supported both SaaS and on-premise Clarity environments, helping organizations strengthen governance, streamline portfolio processes, and improve overall performance. His background combines strong technical and functional expertise, with a focus on turning complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Outside of work, Japishar enjoys traveling and exploring new places. He also values spending time with family and friends, whether that means a short outing, a camping trip, or simply relaxing at home and enjoying good conversation.

Kristine Vitale is the Program Management Office Manager at Winmill PPM and brings more than 18 years of project management and PPM experience across Clarity and Planview solutions. Her background spans implementation, PMO analysis, governance, system administration, testing, training, and managed services support across a wide range of industries.

At Winmill PPM, Kristine supports client implementations and managed services engagements, with a focus on project oversight, governance, and standardized, repeatable processes. She is known for her organized, dependable, and service-oriented approach, helping teams bring structure, clarity, and consistency to their project and portfolio management processes.

Outside of work, Kristine enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking group fitness classes, being outdoors, home projects, travel planning, and international travel.
