Courtney Snipes is the President of the PPM Division at Winmill. She is a certified PMP, and has more than 25 years of IT and PM industry experience. Courtney joined Winmill in 2020 after working at Planview for five years with the role of Global Vice President of Professional Services and Operations.

With more than 20 years of experience specializing in business and technical architectures, operations, and professional services, she has a proven track record of building, serving, and leading diverse teams. Courtney’s extensive experience includes innovating, driving change and adoption, leading, and executing complex and highly visible corporate-wide initiatives, mentoring team members, and maintaining industry certifications in various methodologies and architecture.

Outside of work, she stays busy with her family, pets, and friends. She continues to coach and mentor professionals through teaching project management at the local college.

Doug is the Broadcom practice manager and a certified Clarity PPM Knight. He has worked with Clarity PPM since 2007. His experience with Clarity PPM began as a technical resource, developing reports, portlets, and interfaces. After several years of working in the technical space, Doug transitioned into a consulting role, adding knowledge of Clarity’s functional capabilities and business process guidance to his skill set. Doug has worked on dozens of Clarity PPM implementations in various industries, including the financial sector, public utilities, retail, aerospace, manufacturing, and more.

Doug is based out of Kansas City, MO. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching various sports, which now includes watching (and sometimes coaching) his daughter, traveling, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Waleed Salha is the Planview practice manager, with 22 years of experience in IT, and more than 15 years of Architecting Enterprise PPM solutions, including Planview Enterprise One (E1), Planview LeanKit, Planview ProjectPlace, and Clarity PPM.

Waleed is a thought leader in the PPM practice. He assists clients with defining business value and expected outcomes for their PPM projects. He also works with clients to develop value-based PPM strategic roadmaps to align and support corporate strategy accelerating time to value.

He manages a team of experienced PPM architects and consultants who implement Project and Portfolio Management solutions for customers in different industries and with local-to-enterprise usage.

Waleed loves driving and is a big fan of cars. He enjoys autos ranging from American “muscle cars” to newer European sports sedans. If he is not careful, he can lose himself for hours doing “research” about his next car online. He is a true believer in Dodge’s brotherhood of muscle.

Her diverse background includes five years as an international model, living in seven countries, and earning a BS in Environmental Science from UCLA. She conducted research on ebony tree reforestation with Taylor Guitars, showcasing her commitment to sustainability.

Demonstrating her leadership capabilities, Ciara transitioned from impactful roles in the non-profit sector, including VP of Marketing & Communications and VP of Consulting Operations, to join Winmill PPM in 2022. Ciara began her journey at Winmill as our Business Operations Specialist and has since progressed to her current role as Marketing Manager.

At Winmill, Ciara oversees content creation, website and LinkedIn management, branding, event coordination, and analytics, aligning marketing with sales to drive growth.

Outside of work, she enjoys art, nature, running, and time with her cats and loved ones.

Lou Nosko is a results-driven project/program management leader and certified PMP with a 13-year track record of delivering successful enterprise-wide initiatives. At Winmill PPM, Lou excels at aligning PMO strategy with organizational goals to drive measurable value and bottom-line growth. He is adept at building high-performing teams, optimizing resource management, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

With a career marked by outstanding achievements, including being awarded Wendy’s Director of the Year in 2020, Lou is recognized for leading Agile transformations, notably spearheading a company-wide SAFe implementation and transition to pure Scrum. At Winmill PPM, Lou leverages his extensive experience in managing large portfolios, establishing impactful programs, and optimizing project transparency through effective metrics and KPIs.

Outside of work, Lou enjoys travel sports for his kids, going to Costco on the weekends, and family vacations.
