Handling Issues Arising from New Broadcom Clarity SaaS Email Server Update

Broadcom SaaS is implementing a change where emails going out from Clarity SaaS will be authenticated. However, after the change is applied, there are a few ways where emails sent using Clarity processes won’t work.

Current SaaS customers will be provided with a target conversion date between January and June, 2020. Once converted, customers will be able to take advantage of features and improvements including, world class security, scalability, improved performance, automated updates and much more.
