Bill Rothseid is the VP of Sales for Winmill PPM and has been with Winmill for nearly 30 years. Over the course of his career, he has built extensive experience in software and consulting sales within information technology, specializing in PPM and Agile tools and services for leading vendors including Broadcom, Smartsheet, and Planview.

Over the course of his career, Bill has built deep experience selling both software licenses and consulting services across enterprise and mid-market accounts. His background spans SaaS and on-premise solutions, application development services, QA services, and leading PPM and Agile platforms including Clarity, Rally, ConnectAll, Planview Portfolios, PPM Pro, and AdaptiveWork.

At Winmill PPM, Bill leads the sales team and continues to work directly with customers, helping drive growth across software and consulting services.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys watching his son play high school baseball, visiting his daughter at college, traveling, and being a bit of a foodie.

Doug Kalkowski is the Senior Director of Services Delivery at Winmill PPM. He has worked with Clarity since 2007 and brings deep experience helping organizations implement, refine, and expand their project and portfolio management capabilities.

Doug began his Clarity career as a developer, supporting project, resource, and financial management through report, portlet, and integration development. After transitioning into consulting, he expanded his expertise across both the technical and functional sides of implementation and helped shape Winmill’s Rapid Prototype and QuickStart methodologies.

Over the course of his career, Doug has guided organizations through Clarity implementations, improved existing environments, and helped teams align their solutions with best practices and business goals. In his current role, he leads services delivery across the organization, helping guide implementation approach, delivery strategy, and team execution across client engagements.

Doug is based in Kansas City, Missouri. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching sports, including watching and sometimes coaching his daughter, traveling, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Waleed Salha is the Director of Service Delivery & Implementations at Winmill PPM, with more than 20 years of experience in the PPM space. Over the course of his career, he has worked across more than 300 client engagements in North America and Asia-Pacific, helping enterprise organizations take control of their portfolios, make smarter investment decisions, and deliver on strategic priorities.

Waleed is a thought leader in the PPM practice who helps clients define business value, align expected outcomes, and develop strategic roadmaps that support corporate goals and accelerate time to value. His experience spans enterprise PPM architecture, advisory services, and delivery leadership across Planview and Clarity solutions.

In his current role, Waleed leads delivery operations for implementations, advisory engagements, and managed services, while guiding a team of architects and consultants focused on delivering strong client outcomes.

Waleed loves driving and is a big fan of cars. He enjoys autos ranging from American muscle cars to newer European sports sedans. If he is not careful, he can lose himself for hours researching his next car online. He is a true believer in Dodge’s brotherhood of muscle.

Lou Nosko is the Director of Services Delivery Governance & Support at Winmill PPM and a certified PMP with a strong track record of leading enterprise project and portfolio management initiatives. He brings deep experience in PMO strategy, portfolio governance, and operational leadership, helping organizations align delivery with business goals and drive measurable value.

Before joining Winmill PPM, Lou spent nearly eight years at The Wendy’s Company, where he led enterprise project portfolio governance, helped build portfolio and project services capabilities, and played a key role in Wendy’s IT Agile transformation. His background includes establishing governance models, improving portfolio transparency, strengthening capacity and demand management, and supporting strategic decision-making through effective metrics and leadership alignment. He was also recognized as Wendy’s Director of the Year in 2020.

At Winmill PPM, Lou helps lead services delivery governance and support, drawing on his experience managing large portfolios, establishing impactful programs, and building processes that improve visibility, consistency, and execution.

Outside of work, Lou enjoys spending time with his family, keeping up with travel sports for his kids, making weekend Costco runs, and getting away on family vacations.

Ciara Turner is the Director of Marketing and Pre-Sales for the PPM Division at Winmill PPM. She leads marketing and pre-sales strategy to support growth, strengthen partner relationships, and align cross-functional efforts across the business. Her role includes overseeing partner campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, brand and digital presence, and sales alignment to help drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Ciara joined Winmill PPM in 2022 and has supported the business across operations, marketing, and pre-sales. Before joining Winmill, her experience included marketing and communications, consulting operations, environmental consulting, and research. She earned her BS in Environmental Science from UCLA.

Her background also includes five years of international modeling, during which she lived and worked in seven countries. That experience shaped the adaptability, creativity, and communication skills she brings to her work today, and gave her firsthand experience in branding, marketing, and visual storytelling.

Outside of work, Ciara enjoys art, nature, running, spending time with her cats and loved ones, and following women’s sports, especially soccer and basketball.
