Using a new Allocation Timeline, resource allocation can be viewed using “Allocations by Investments” or “Allocations by Resources” views, as well as total allocation versus availability using either “Resource Availability” or “Resources by Role” views.
Allocate from Estimates
The “Allocate from Estimates” action has been added to the Staff module (for Projects and Custom Investments). The Allocate from Estimates action is seeded in Projects and Custom Investment blueprints upon upgrading.
